It’s fine when:
- I can easilly reach the person i am doing the work for
- He/she has an clear idea what she wants
- Knows what she/he likes and doesn’t like
- Is able to communicate the changes he/she wants made in a clear way
- Has all the graphic resources (icons, logos etc) in hi-res versions, and can email them to you
It’s horri-balls when:
- The person cannot communicate clearly
- The person can’t tell how something looks until you change the fonts
- The person can’t choose font from a list
- You can’t have the graphic material in hi-res form
- Doesn’t communicate well what needs to be changed and what doesn’t
- Wants things to “pop” but can’t tell you how
- Leaves in the middle of the workday to get his/her hair done.
