Our boss is so fustrating
With him, when he asks us to do something, even the simplest of tasks like creating a small warning sign can go on for like 4 weeks without any actual progress being made. Plus he’s always coming up with new ideas, and never truly able to follow through with them to the actual real life implementation.
And he’s always like “i’m the customer, you’re the workers, use your minds”, when we ask him to clear his thoughts and just flat out tell us what he wants to see us make! Can you understand how FRUSTRATING that can be?
